Adult Practice and Treatment A newly established practice developed to serve adults and families, utilizing an individualized and/or family-based approach for both assessment and treatment. Based on the needs identified by the initial evaluation, a comprehensive treatment plan is developed. This treatment focuses on appropriate level of care, individualized treatment, and may also include service coordination via collaboration with other involved professionals (i.e. primary care physicians, therapists in the community).
