Q?Will GPS help me find your address?
A.

Some GPS devices and I-phones cannot find our location due to the “W” in our address – 18W100 22nd Street. Use the map on this website, or call us at 630-424-9204, Ext. 45 for the address and cross street / landmarks.

Q?What insurance do you accept?
A.

OBBH is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. We are also in-network for select BCBS-HMO plans based on the medical site of the patient’s primary care physician. Although we are out of network for all other plans, we do file claims for all of our patients regardless of their insurance plan.

Q?Do you accept Medicaid (or All Kids program)?
A.

No, we do not.

Q?Why do I need an Intake appointment as a new patient?
A.

Information gathered by a professional therapist at the Intake appointment is used to assess the nature of the patient’s needs, determine the best treatment plan, and the best practitioner’s to meet his or her specific needs.

Q?Does my child have to come to the Intake appointment?
A.

No. The Intake appointment for children up to 18 years of age is for parent/s only. However, patients who are 18 and graduated from high school come to the Intake themselves.

Q?Do you have providers who specialize in Geriatrics?
A.

No, we do not.

Q?Do your doctors treat people with Autism or Asperger’s?
A.

Yes, we see many patients within this spectrum.
